In May 2023, the Sustainability Day took place at the University of Bonn. Numerous booths on sustainability were set up on the Poppelsdorf campus. Students from all disciplines had the opportunity to engage with the organizers and their topics through interactive games, quizzes, giveaways, and interesting conversations. We presented our research on sustainability, particularly studies focusing on promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. We also brought along our Fake Food Buffet (see photo below left and Methods "Fake Food Buffet"), which generated great interest among the attendees and sparked engaging discussions. We are already looking forward to participating in the Sustainability Day again next year!
