Here she presented our research project "Food for Future - on the way to sustainable hospital catering". This event brought together scientists from all over Germany as well as employees of the Ministry of Health to discuss the use of social and behavioral science findings to strengthen public health.
Our project attracted wide interest and provided an opportunity to network with researchers working on similar projects. We welcome the opportunity to further our research and our efforts to promote sustainable hospital catering.
